Oh well I just can't seem to stop spending money, can I! I like to think this time round I got a lot of bargains, and shopped all the offers I could find. I'll start with Fragrance Direct, as everyone knows - it's great for Essie polishes!
Oooh some bright colours for the summer! Fragrance Direct chop and change which colours they have quite often, and last time I looked, I didn't like the colours. This time however I just couldn't resist! The pink is called Off the shoulder, the lovely orange is Fear and Desire, and the white is Waltz, and they were all that lovely £1.99 each! I've also been looking at the Rimmel volume accelerator in the shops, but saw it on the website for £3.49, so a couple of pounds cheaper than on the high street, and it comes with a free khol eyeliner too.
aaand in Superdrug...
There are a lot of bloggers talking about MUA at the moment, for various reasons, but a lot of people are enjoying the new Undress your skin range. I picked up the shimmer highlighter for £2 on sale, and the illuminating foundation for £3 on sale. I plan on reviewing them soon! Also I bought the Garnier Dark spot Corrector for sale price of £7.49 (rrp £9.99) and I have really high hopes for this one and plan on giving it a 4 week test.
And boots still had their 3 for 2 on, it would of been rude not to..
I love false nails, I have had terrible nails for years and I do plan on trying to make mine a little better when I have the time and patience, but for now, I grabbed the broadway Real Life Natural Nails in short for £4.40 (they were my freebie) as these are brilliant for nail polish. I also got the Kiss 100 Full Cover Nail set, because at £6.49 it is a real bargain for so many. Hopefully these will live up to standard!
I used to have a perfect orange many years ago, and during my uni move it somehow got lost, and I was devastated. I hadn't found another orange similar to it since, until I saw this new shade of 17 Mirror Shine lipstick in Cheeky Secret. Its quite sheer and subtle and I think I'm going to love it for the summer.
The camera has made the shin look quite glittery but I can assure you it is not!
It also has a little mirror in the lid too - how cute! It cost me £4.79, which isn't bad for a high street lipstick.
Alsooo I saw this brand new, well, brand in Boots that I haven't seen before - Sinful Colors. Anyone know much about it? Anyway, they are only £1.99 a bottle which is an amazing price, and they have a huuuge shade range too. I bought soul mate (Left), You just wait, and Unicorn. These were of course on 3 for 2, and Just You Wait is for my mum (although she doesn't know that yet!) I can't wait to give these a try and see what they're like!
And being thrifty, I found these little gems in the 99p store...
When the Kleenex range came out, they were amazing, and we all loved them! I saw them in the 99p store and knew I had to grab some as they were such great quality. I bought 3 of the facial cleansing wipes and a pack of the eye make-up removal wipes, which I have not tried, but I love the packaging, its very pretty.
Another haul! I really should start saving for my holiday...
you got some great pieces, love the colour of the essie polishes; orange will look gorgeous in the sun! also love how cute the mirror in the lippy is, so handy on the go! xxx
